The Regulator rug offers perfect all-year-round functionality due to its wicking and temperature regulation properties, keeping your horse cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Constructed from double reversible plain fabric, the rug allows the coat to breathe, stabilising and maintaining your horse’s body temperature whilst wicking away sweat. Moisture is collected from the skin by acrylic fibres which is then transported via polypropylene to the outer layer of the acrylic - a tried and tested process that is used on many of the world’s most expensive racehorses! The rug’s woven fabric construction - as opposed to knitted - ensures the rug is supple and keeps its shape, whilst resisting undue stretching and retaining anti-snag properties.
